The cost of operating without a quality management system
Most businesses do not have a people problem. They have a systems problem.
Good people working without a system will always deliver unevenly. Standards slip when key people are away, mistakes are fixed but never prevented, and the cost shows up as rework, returns and complaints that reduce your margin every month.
Delivery that depends on who is working
When the right person is away, standards slip and your clients notice first.
Margin lost to rework
Work done twice, credit notes, returns and penalties reduce profit you have already earned.
Clients losing confidence
Repeat complaints tell your clients that problems are being handled, not solved.
Growth that adds risk
When quality depends on the site or the supervisor, every new contract makes the business harder to control.
The ISO 9001 Implementation Programme
A certification‑ready ISO 9001 quality management system in four months.
We build your quality management system around the way your organisation operates, not around generic templates. Your people are trained to run it, and every ISO 9001 requirement is evidenced before the certification body arrives. You get a working system, not a file of documents.
What you have after four months
How ISO 9001 implementation works
Five phases. Each one signed off by your management.
Nothing moves forward until you approve it, so you always know what has been delivered and what comes next.

-
2MONTH 2

-
3MONTH 3
Embed
Staff training and rollout, so the system becomes part of daily operations.
-
4MONTH 4
Assure
Internal audit, corrective action and management review to prove the system works.
-
5HANDOVER
Certify
A readiness review before your certification audit, followed by 30 days of support.

Quality systems that show up in the numbers.
OEM supplier
fewer customer complaints. The business achieved ISO 9001 certification and secured supplier development funding from its customer.
Industrial services group
improvement in service delivery, and the group is now trusted with larger mining contracts.
Standards expertise
Our founder, Sithembile Mdlalose, serves on SABS/TC/176, South Africa’s technical committee for quality management standards, contributing to the development and revision of ISO 9001 and SANS standards. She brings more than 15 years in quality management. Your system is built by someone who knows the standard from the inside.

Frequently asked questions
ISO 9001 questions we are asked most.
How long does ISO 9001 implementation take?
Our programme runs for a minimum of four months, from gap assessment to certification readiness. Larger or multi‑site organisations may need longer, which we confirm in the assessment.
How is the fee for ISO 9001 implementation set?
Your fee is fixed and agreed before work begins. It is set by the complexity of your operations, the number of sites and processes, and confirmed in a written proposal after your Assessment Call.
Do you issue the ISO 9001 certificate?
No. Certificates are issued by an accredited certification body. We build and test your system so it is ready for that audit, and we support you through it.
Will our system meet ISO 9001:2026?
Yes. Every system we implement is built to the current edition of the standard, and our founder contributes to its development through SABS/TC/176.
We already have some documents. Do we start over?
No. The gap assessment identifies what can be kept, what needs to change and what is missing, so nothing useful is wasted.
Do you work outside KwaZulu‑Natal?
Yes. We are based in Ballito and work with clients across South Africa, including Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town. Travel and accommodation outside KwaZulu‑Natal are capped at a fixed value agreed upfront.
